Pool
Rules:
· The
Pool is for members, guests and Villa guests
only.
· The
Pool is open every day from 10:00AM - 9:00PM
, Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day
Weekend.
· Management
reserves the right to temporarily close the
Pool and Pool Area at its discretion for
maintenance and / or special events; advance
notice will be given as soon as possible.
· The
non-member guest fee is $5 per day; the same
guest is permitted a maximum of 6
visits per calendar year, regardless of
which member they accompany.
· Members
and guests must have their membership card
and/or guest pass, and photo ID with them at
all times; membership cards may be used
only by the person to whom they are issued.
· Pool
use is at your own risk; there is no
Lifeguard on duty.
· The
Pool Attendant has full authority to enforce
the rules and regulations and will report
any infractions to Management; Violations by any member or guest are
grounds for immediate membership
termination and forfeiture of all prepaid
membership dues.
· Must
be at least 18 years of age to purchase
membership.
· Individuals
under the age of 16 must be supervised by a
parent /adult /guardian over the age of 18
at all times.
· Each
member and guest assumes sole responsibility
for his or her property; the Club is not
responsible for lost or stolen property.
· Only
proper swimming attire may be worn in the
pool; swim diapers are required for
children that are not toilet–trained.
· Swimming
attire and wet clothing are not permitted in
the Clubhouse or Fitness Center.
· The
following are NOT permitted in the Pool and
Pool Area:
· Unattended
children
· Diving,
running, rough play or dunking
· Rafts
and floating chairs
· Smoking
· Food
and beverages other than those purchased
from The Country Club of Whispering Pines
· Glass
of any kind
· Dogs
or other pets, except by special permission
from Management
· Management
is responsible for all facility decisions;
rules and regulations may be changed at
the discretion of Management.
